Surface Mounted Frame (to suit all models) Vibe's surface mounted frames are specifically designed to suit all sizes of both back lit and side lit LED panels to allow them to be surface mounted onto concrete or solid ceilings or whenever recessing LED panels is not possible - the frames come standard in a white powder coated finish but can be "custom coloured" to suit individual projects if required - however lead times will apply.

Plaster Recessed Frame (to suit all models) Vibe's recess plaster frames are minimalistic and are quick and easy to install. They are specifically designed to suit all sizes of both back lit and side lit LED panels to allow them to be recessed into either a plaster or solid board ceiling - the frames come standard in a white powder coated finish but can be "custom coloured" to suit individual projects if required - however lead times will apply.

Wire Suspension Kits Vibe's LED Panel suspension kits are 2M in length and made of 1.5mm stainless steel cable. They are quick and easy to install and suit nearly all Vibe's side lit and back lit panels (for confirmation, please check with your sales rep when ordering). They are mainly used when high ceilings are present or when surface mounted or recessed options are not possible. They come standard with 2 hanging wires per kit and are 3m in length (custom lengths are available on request) - however lead times will apply.

Triac Dimmable Driver All panels come standard as NON DIMMABLE however in some cases there are TRIAC DIMMABLE drivers to suit some of the more popular sizes and styles (backlit/side lit) which are available as a stock item. If it is not available as a stock item then it can be ordered in on request - however lead times will apply.

The average lifespan of an LED lamp is approximately 30 000 to 50 000 hours, which means that the replacement of lamps is less frequent and the lowering of the end-user’s maintenance/labor cost is guaranteed. Furthermore, LED’s have a great colour rendering Index (CRI). High CRI is generally a desirable characteristic (although, it depends on the required application). Yellow LED tubes are mainly used to deter flying insects such as moths as they don’t see light in the yellow spectrum so are therefore not attracted to the light source, yellow tubes are a very popular colour choice when it comes to installing new fittings or replacing old fluorescent tubes (or fittings) in any outdoor situation where flying insects are a problem such as public BBQ areas, signage or under eaves etc. Insects and bugs are also attracted to the heat produced by any light such as a fluorescent tube or an incandescent globe and because yellow LED tubes produce very little heat they are an even more effective insect deterrent than their “old school” fluorescent tube cousins.
