The HOMELINK Insurance Partner Portal gives you secure access to:
• Submit and manage claims with real-time visibility
• Monitor claim progress and resolution timelines
• Access supporting documentation
• Communicate securely with the HOMELINK team
To begin using these features, all users must complete the account creation process. The steps below will walk you through setting up your secure login credentials and getting started.

Create Account
All users are required to create an account.
1. Visit: vgmhomelink.com/insurance-partner-portal-account-registration
2. Complete the “Create Your HOMELINK Account” form {Image 1}
3. Click on the “Register” button
4. Once the form has been subitted, you will receive an email from do_not_reply@forbin.com stating that HOMELINK will be in touch soon. {Image 2}

Portal Users
All usernames and passwords are protected. vPanel does not store user passwords. HOMELINK is able to make users active or inactive at anytime. Five failed password attempts will lock your account. All portal users must be approved. {Images 6 & 7}
