Michael Dubois is a registered broker and investment adviser, he has been involved in the financial services industry for 25 years, and he has been working at VG Global Holdings since 2017. He is a highly valued member of the VG Global Holdings Private Equity and Corporate department, and is responsible for identifying and establishing target niche client segments, where he has established a strong reputation within a global network of industry leaders. He started his career with Threadneedle Asset Management in the UK, before then moving to the USA to work at IDS Life Insurance Company in Minneapolis, and its financial advisory partner American Express Financial Advisors Inc., where

he was responsible for evaluating the financial markets in order to determine their effects on client's individual investment performance, and to be able to recommend investment products suitable for clients based on their resources and risk adjusted financial objectives. He was also an independent consultant for the Financial Network Investment Corporation in El Segundo, California, before being headhunted by ICMA-RC Services in Washington DC, where he initially worked in the Private Equity division, offering individual solutions to the firm’s high net-worth individuals, before then moving on to their corporate institutional side, helping to bring in over $3 billion in assets, gaining a reputation for identifying and establishing target niche client segments over the next 14 years. In 2017 he was offered a role with Japan-based VG Global Holdings to head up their Corporate Department. He has been there ever since, and, in addition to bringing in new clients and managing their investment portfolios, he was responsible for developing the Company Investment Statement (IPS) within the Asia-Pacific region based on the risk tolerance, asset allocation, and capital requirements of each client. He contributes articles for numerous financial news providers, and has also appeared in various TV financial forum discussions, as well as lecturing at several universities within the Asia-Pacific region.
