Moroccan Vintage

1

Out with the bland, in with the intricately ornate! Moroccan décor is embellished, rustic and organic. Inspired by the dessert and defined by its eastern character, the style can be hard to polish but it’s very fun to shop for. Morroccan architecture, design and décor are the beautiful result of a creative blend of African, Arab and Mediterranean styles; its traditional elements include ethnic motifs and decoration patterns that have been absorbed from various cultures. It’s simple to give a modern setting a Moroccan look, through the use of floor and wall tile, key furniture and decor accessories, forged metal lanterns, carved wood furniture and ornate mirror frames. Our favorite elements are the large floor pillows and Moroccan poufs, and of course, one can never go wrong with a luxe Moroccan rug.
