Annual Income Statement NIKE-is an American multinational corporation that is engaged in the design, development, manufacturing and worldwide marketing and sales of footwear, apparel, equipment, accessories and services. The company is headquartered near Beaverton, Oregon, in the Portland metropolitan area. It is one of the world's largest suppliers of athletic shoes and apparel[5] and a major manufacturer of sports equipment, with revenue in excess of US$24.1 billion in its fiscal year 2012 (ending May 31, 2012). As of 2012, it employed more than 44,000 people worldwide. In 2014 the brand alone was valued at $19 billion, making it the most valuable brand among sports businesses.[6] The company was founded on January 25, 1964, as Blue Ribbon Sports, by Bill Bowerman and Phil Knight,[1] and officially became Nike, Inc. on May 30, 1971.

Summary As the chief investment officer at the Financial Company in Los Angeles, I would advise that we first invest 5 million dollars on NIKE since they have been consistently going up in numbers and is and will always be an American Multinational corporation which does very well and in my opinion will always continue just like the last four years.

If the new investor would like a secondary investment I would recommend to go half and half with NIKE & STARBUCKS.I would chose Starbucks because they as well have good consistent numbers that haven’t dropped within the last past 4 years, if anything they have risen.

Starbucks is an American coffee company that initially distinguishes itself from all the others.

Both these companies have potential for a great long term or short term growth.
