DROMME KINDERGARDEN
DROMME is the new project remodelation for the original kindergarden of the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey. The goal establishes that through design, we can elaborate spaces where children can learn intuitevely within their surroundings , using formal aspects of nature to reassure this. Also the importance of safety and the peace for parents to ensure the constant learning in safe, open spaces without risking the students.

CONJUNTO TANMAN its a complex of residencies and commerce where the design of green areas and pasive systems are the key for this transformation
The constructive and architectural elements have a positive impact over heat in the most affected areas of the building, just like the visual elements do not obstruct to the integration of the nature and the constructed environment.
CENTRE OF THE ARTS FUNDIDORA “CASA ROSA”
CENTRE OS THE ARTS FUNDIDO-
RA ”CASA ROSA” its the intervention of a former residency located in Fundidora Park in Monterrey, N.L. This intervention consists on transforming this residency into an arts centre for the park users.
This project opens up to the park and invites the users to be part of this centre, just as the art that surrounds it. The urban planning also allows the connection with the rest of the park
The project has two main floor plans, the old “Casa Rosa” and the new cafe / gallery that will be connected with the rest of the project. Both parts allow the connection with the outside and also offer an internal transition that helps with the development of the different activities done in the arts centre.
On the other hand, the rest of the park acoomodates to the re distribution of the former residency to encourage creativity and recreational activities, so the rest of the park users become involved in this reformed area.
FRONTERAS SIN LÍMITES
FRONTERAS SIN LÍMITES is an urban plan focused in two main districts in Monterrey, México; Distrito Tec and Campana Altamira. Both counting with integration problems towards one another and towards the city itself, causing low infrastructure for mobility, high vehicular flow, all this provoking borders of this districts to the rest of the city.
The general proposal consists of a system with strategies and projections that help erase this long borders, creating transversal axis through streets or public spaces. Allowing both commerce and living holdings to have a bigger scope and converting this areas into a pedestrian oriented streets.
Besides, this could help both districts to open up to the rest of the city, and create a more active pedestrian mobility.
PASO A PASO; GOTA A GOTA
PASO A PASO ; GOTA A GOTA. There are 3 big problems in rural Mier y Noriega: water, mobility and employment. This project proposes a self-sustainable municipality, connected with the urban subcenter (Dr.Arroyo) and with this union, help it to be a rural success for the production and commercialization of created goods through the teachings and trainings for the administration, and management of water.
