Elke component werd zorgvuldig uitgekozen om zo een zeem van de beste kwaliteit te kunnen produceren. De buitenste stof, gemaakt uit polyester microvezel, werd op de zeem gezet met behulp van de Omniform technologie, een speciaal modelleringsysteem op hoge frequentie dat de hoge temperaturen van de traditionele modelleringtechnologie vermijdt.
