Deze outfit is makkelijk aan te maken door het volgen van enkele eenvoudige stappen, weergegeven op bladzijde 6. Dankzij Be Creative kan u kiezen uit een bestaand ontwerp waarvan u de kleuren zelf kunt selecteren. Om de outfit nog persoonlijker te maken, heeft u ook de mogelijkheid om tekst en sponsors toe te voegen. Be Creative is ideaal voor kleine en grote oplagen.
Votre tenue est facile à faire en suivant quelques étapes simples (voir page 6). Grâce à Be Creative vous pouvez choisir parmi des dessins préalables où vous pouvez ensuite sélectionner les couleurs. Pour avoir une tenue plus personnelle, vous avez également la possibilité d’ajouter du texte et des sponsors.
The outfit is easy to create by following a few simple steps, shown on page 6. Thanks to Be Creative you can choose out of an already existing model where you can select the colors and add text and sponsors to make it personal. Be Creative is perfect for small and large prints.

Eigen Ontwerp De tweede mogelijkheid is een “eigen ontwerp” waar u de volledige controle over heeft. Ons designteam creëert voor u een unieke outfit waarbij u zelf het ontwerp, de kleuren en de plaats van de tekst en de sponsors bepaalt. Enkele voorbeeldontwerpen bevinden zich op pagina 8.
Propre dessin La seconde possibilité est le “propre dessin” où vous avez le contrôle total. Notre équipe de graphistes crée pour vous une tenue unique. Vous pouvez choisir la conception, les couleurs, la place du texte et la place des sponsors. A la page 8, vous trouvez quelques exemples.
Own design The second possibility is an “own design” where you have complete control. Our design team creates for you a unique outfit that fulfill your wishes. Here you can also define the design, the colors and the place of the text and sponsors yourself. You can find a few examples on page 8.
Bij de wielerkledij geldt er een minimum-oplage van 50 stuks voor de bovenkledij. Voor de broeken geldt er een minimumoplage van 30 stuks.
Pour le cyclisme un tirage minimum de 50 pièces de dessus est demandé. Pour les cuissards un tirage de 30 pièces est nécessaire.
At the department Cycling, for an own design, there is a minimum print of 50 upper parts of your own choice required. For the shorts the minimum print is 30 pieces.

5 Bewaar het ontwerp
• Gardez votre dessin • Save your design • Klik door op bewaren en geef hier een indicatie van welke sponsor u waar wenst te plaatsen. Wanneer u nogmaals op bewaren klikt, kan u uw ontwerp met of zonder sponsors afprinten. Vervolgens kan u op de link “Verzend ontwerp” klikken. In het volgende scherm kan u uw contactgegevens achterlaten. Wanneer u alle stappen heeft voltooid, ontvangen wij automatisch een standaardmail met uw gegevens. Eén van onze medewerkers zal u contacteren om alles nogmaals grondig te overlopen. Vervolgens zal ons ontwerpteam een voorbeeldontwerp aanmaken dat naar u zal worden doorgestuurd ter goedkeuring. De sponsorlogo’s kan u het beste, indien mogelijk, in een gevectoriseerd bestand (AI-, EPS- of een kwalitatieve PDF-formaat) doorsturen naar uw contactpersoon. Dit versnelt het verwerken van uw aanvraag. Om de gewenste kleuren te bepalen, vragen wij of het mogelijk is om de pantone (PMS) kleuren aan te leveren. Er bestaat ook de mogelijkheid om een aantal kleurstalen aan te vragen.

Ensuite notre équipe de graphiste créera un dessin préalable personnel. Ensuite, un de nos assistants vous enverra un email avec cette esquisse afin que vous puissiez nous donner votre approbation.
When you have finished all the steps, we receive automatically your enquiry which will also include your contact details. One of our expert staff will f ollow up by contacting you directly to discuss your requirements. Our design team will then prepare a sample design for your approval.
Nous demandons d’envoyer les logos (si possible) dans un dossier qualitatif en PDF, en AI ou en EPS à votre contact. Cela accélère le processus de votre demande. ELASTIC BAND
De achterkant van de trui is voorzien van een siliconen strip die het omhoog kruipen van de wielertrui verhindert.
De mouwen zijn afgewerkt met een elastische boord die perfect op de bovenarmen aansluit. Dit materiaal is ook onderaan aan de voorzijde van de trui en onderaan de broek terug te vinden.

SPORTS LINE SPORTS LINE De Sports Line is nieuw in het gamma van Vermarc. Voor extra comfort zijn de mouwen en de kraag van de trui vervaardigd uit de stof Think. Think is een nauw aansluitende stof en beweegt perfect mee met het lichaam van de atleet. De voor-en de rugzijde bestaan uit de stof Michron. Michron is een materiaal dat zorgt voor een snelle vochtafvoering (rapid dry). Voorts is deze wielertrui onderaan aan de achterkant van de trui voorzien van een siliconen strip die voorkomt dat de trui omhoog kruipt. • La ligne Sports Line est nouvelle dans la gamme Vermarc. Pour un meilleur confort les manches sont fabriquées du tissu Think. Think est un tissu qui s’adapte parfaitement aux mouvements de l’athlète. Le devant et le dos du maillot sont constitués du tissu Michron. Michron est un tissu qui accélère l’évaporation de l’humidité (rapid dry). Enfin, au-bas du maillot il y a une bande silicone pour éviter que le maillot ne remonte. • The Sports Line is new to the Vermarc range. For extra comfort, the sleeves and the collar of the jersey are made of the material Think. Think is a material that fits the body snugly and that follows the movements of the athlete’s body perfectly. The front and the back of the jersey are made of Michron. PADS LD/ LD WOMEN De lange afstand zeem (LD zeem) is de nieuwe en de meest geavanceerde in de Vermarc collectie. Het is speciaal ontworpen voor Vermarc’s topgamma van broeken. De bovenste laag bestaat uit een speciale nylon microvezel die Aloë Vera bevat. De Lange afstand zeem (LD zeem) is de eerste en enige zeem op de markt die gebruik maakt van het Aloë component. Het Aloë component is geen behandeling, maar is permanent opgenomen in het materiaal tijdens het productieproces, zodat de voordelen niet zullen uitspoelen of vervagen na verloop van tijd. De geïntegreerde Aloë koelt, beschermt en geneest zelfs de huid, terwijl de renner in het zadel zit. Daarnaast is Aloë een natuurlijke verdediger tegen bacteriën. Onder deze bovenste laag bevindt zich een dikke laag schuim met een wafeltextuur. Deze textuur helpt bij de ventilatie en de transpiratie, waardoor de zeem geen vocht vasthoudt, maar het vocht verplaatst naar buiten waar het snel kan verdampen. Onder de bovenste lagen is een opvullaag. Deze zeer geventileerde vulstof is teruggebracht tot een unieke kleinere vorm die de renner beschermt en ondersteunt op cruciale punten tegen het zadel. De vorm van deze onderste laag is ontworpen naar de anatomie van de renner en beschermt waar het meest nodig is. Een prostaat-reliëf uitgesneden in het midden en de onafhankelijke gel panelen bieden maximaal comfort aan een lichaam in beweging. De lange afstand zeem is elastisch en voldoet aan alle bewegingen op de fiets,om daarna terug te keren naar zijn oorspronkelijke vorm na het sporten. • La peau Longue Distance (LD peau) est la nouvelle peau la plus innovante dans la collection Vermarc. Elle a spécifiquement été étudiée pour notre cuissard haut de gamme Vermarc. La couche supérieure est constituée d’un nylon microfibre qui contient de l’Aloe Vera. La peau long distance est la première et la seule peau sur le marché qui se sert des propriétés de l’Aloe Vera. L’Aloe Vera est incorporé dans la matière de manière permanente pendant le processus de production, de manière que les bénéfices ne soient pas éliminés avec les lavages ou qu’ils ne s’évanouissent avec le temps. L’Aloe Vera rafraîchit, elle protège et elle donne un soulagement à la peau pendant que le cycliste est en selle et c’est un défenseur naturel contre les bactéries. En dessous de cette couche supérieure, il y en a une importante couche de mousse à texture gaufrée. Cette texture favorise l’évaporation de l’humidité. The Long distance shammy (LD pad) is the new and the most advanced product in the Vermarc 2011 collection. It has been specifically designed for Vermarc’s top-of-the-line bibs and shorts. The outermost layer of the LD pad utilizes a special Nylon microfiber that incorporates Aloe Vera. The LD pad is the first and only pad on the market today that takes advantage of Aloe Vera. The Aloe Vera component is not a treatment, but is permanently incorporated into the material during the manufacturing process, so that the benefits will not wash out or fade over time. The integrated Aloe Vera cools, protects and even heals the skin while the rider is in the saddle. In addition, Aloe Vera is a natural defence against bacteria. Below this outermost layer is a thick expanded memory foam with a waffled texture. The divots create the texture aid in ventilation and perspiration management so that the pad does not retain moisture, but moves it to the outside where it can evaporate rapidly. Underneath the upper layers is a section of padding. This highly ventilated padding is cut to a unique smaller shape that protects and supports the rider at crucial contact points against the saddle. The shape of this bottom most layer is designed to comfortably contour to the rider’s anatomy and provide protection where needed most. A prostate relief cut-out in the center and independent glute panels allow maximum comfort and movement with the body in motion. The Long distance insert is elastic – stretching and conforming to all movements on the bike, then returning to its original shape after exercise. The advanced technology and attention to detail make the Long distance the ideal pad for demanding athletes who always require maximum quality.

3D
De ELITE zeem is eveneens een geavanceerde zeem uit de collectie. Het centrale gedeelte van de zeem bevat een speciale gel die de bescherming optimaliseert en die de vibraties van de weg zo veel mogelijk absorbeert. Elke component werd zorgvuldig uitgekozen om zo een zeem van de beste kwaliteit te kunnen produceren. De buitenste stof, gemaakt uit polyester microvezel, werd op de zeem gezet met behulp van de Omniform technologie, een speciaal modelleringsysteem op hoge frequentie dat de hoge temperaturen van de traditionele modelleringtechnologie vermijdt. Dit resulteert in zachtere materialen en meer comfort. De enorme elasticiteit van de materialen zorgt ervoor dat de zeem mee met het lichaam beweegt, waarna het steeds zijn oorspronkelijke vorm herneemt. Alle Omniform zemen worden behandeld met antibacteriële stoffen, dat de groei van schadelijke bacteriën tegengaat.

• The Elite-OF pad is the most advanced in the line. The central part of the insert incorporates a special foam gel to enhance protection and absorb as much as possible the road vibrations that can be transferred through the saddle. Every component has been carefully chosen in order to have a top quality shammy. The cover material, a micro-fiber polyester is bonded to the padding with the new Omni-Form Technology, a special molding process made in high frequency that avoids the high temperatures of the traditional molding processes. This results in softer materials. The great elasticity of the materials used allow the pad to move together with the body and to return always to its original shape use after use. ll OmniForm inserts receive an antibacterial treatment that inhibits the growth of harmful bacteria.
De 3D zeem is een lichte, naadloze zeem uit één deel. De buitenste stof in polyester microvezel werd op de zeem gezet met behulp van de Omniform technologie op hoge frequentie. Het nieuwe proces elimineert ruwe uiteinden en harde delen die vaak veroorzaakt worden door de hitte van de standaard modelleringprocessen. De verdikkingen van de verschillende delen van de zeem zijn zorgvuldig uitgekozen in overeenstemming met het menselijk lichaam. Zoals alle Omniform zemen werd de 3D zeem behandeld met antibacteriële stoffen die de groei van schadelijke bacteriën tegengaat.
• Le fond 3D est formé par une découpe unique élastique, indéformable et sans coutures. La couche supérieure en polyester micro fibre est modelée et appliquée au fond par le système Omniform qui élimine les bords éfilés et les parties rigides, souvent le résultat des systèmes traditionnels de modelage. Le design du fond et le positionnement des épaisseurs ont été étudiés dans le plein respect de l´anatomie du corps pour offrir un excellent confort. Le fond 3D a été traité avec de produits anti-bactériens pour garantir un bienêtre permanent.
• The 3D-OF insert is a lightweight one-piece insert without seams. Its polyester micro-fiber cover material is bonded to a layer of padding through the OmniForm high frequency process. The new process eliminates hard edges and stiff areas caused by heat in standard molding processes. The thickness of the various parts of the shammy has been carefully studied to conform perfectly to the male anatomy. Like all OmniForm inserts, the 3D-OF receives an antibacterial treatment that inhibits the growth of harmful bacteria.
