NJSA 39:6b-2 Driving Without Insurance Strict Liability and Substantial Penalties Kenneth Vercammen's Law office represents individuals charged with driving without insurance and other serious traffic violations throughout New Jersey. The mandatory penalties imposed for driving without insurance is greater than the first offender penalties for drunk driving or possession of marijuana.
