NJSA 39:3-84.3j Violation of Weight Limitations Fine with a minimum of $50 equal to $.02 per pound for each pound of the total excess weight provided the total excess weight is 10,000 lbs. or less, or shall be fined am amount equal to $.03 per pound for each pound of the total excess weight provided that the total excess weight is more than 10,000 lbs.
