The project is located in IRAN_Isfahan and in the Saltat district with dry climate. Thee most important goals of this project are that:
-Encourages communication and social interactions among residence.
-Having appropriate light levels inside of buildings
-Adding plants to reduce urban heat island effect
-How the buildings put together in order to reduce energy consumption ;for this aim two steps are addressed
Step one :
Analyzing each type of buildings module in energy software honey bee and ladybug without shading
Step two:
Adding plants, trees, and other buildings as shadings for each build ing’s type. Then , each type of buildings analyzed separately in order to find best arrangement of buildings among site.
Focus: Increasing social interactions,Capturing daylight and Energy-Efficient Design.
Tools: Revit, Auto CAD, Rhino Ceros ,Lumion, Photoshop, Lady bug and Hony bee ( For daylight analysis)

One Community goals:
One Community is open source and free-sharing resources and solutions for all aspects of sustainable and globally-regenerative living. This includes 7 complete and different sustainable village prototypes (starting with the Earthbag Village and Duplicable City Center), all related living infrastructure, and a Highest Good society model for global transformation. We are doing this as the launch-point for a global cooperative of self-replicating teacher/ demonstration hubs purposed to share and spread this model for comprehensive sustainability and collaborative global change for The Highest Good of All.
we are designing and free-sharing everything needed for duplica tion of each component and/or all of One Community including:
.Complete duplication plans
.Complete cost and implementation needs
.Complete cost analysis for material and equipment
.Complete time-investment needs for each component
.How to work with local governments, counties, codes, etc.
.Specifically how to duplicate each component, and what to be aware of
.The best places that we’ve found to purchase materials, equipment, and other related elements
.Our complete and on-going experience. This includes evolutions of all of the above as well as an educational system, social archi tecture, and other Highest Good of All lifestyle and stewardship

The Duplicable City Center will be the largest open source/DIY structure in the world. As part of One Community it will be a diversely functional, ultra-eco-friendly (LEED Platinum Certifiable), space and resource saving community center designed to be replicated. It is meant to be (but doesn’t need to be) built as the central and/or starting point of any one of the 7 One Community sustainable village models. Its purpose is to support a redefinition of how people live by providing a space more beautiful than most people’s homes that replaces the need for individual kitchens, living rooms, laundry rooms, and other in-home recreation spaces.

Daylight Optimization
Energy-Efficient Design
AUI Architecture Fall 2020 University of Arizona
Instructor: Altaf Engineer
Improved daylight levels in the existing office building in Isfahan
By optimizing daylight to prevent glare, fading and overheating, dynam ic glass allows office workers to maintain continuous access to natural daylight ing without having to lower blinds or shades and rely on overhead artificial lighting.
Focus:Optimizing daylight,Capturing daylight and Energy-Efficient Design. Tools: Revit, Auto CAD, Rhino Ceros ,Lumion, Photoshop, Hony bee and climatestudio ( For daylight analysis)
Location: Iran, Isfahan, Kamal esmail, Headquarter Bank Of Maskan
WHAT IS THE PROBLEM?
Too much light
Quality and quantity of light
GLARE
Three phases have addressed this problem
Phase one:
Analyzed daylight and glare in honeybee and climate studio in the existing office building Phase Two:
Adding adaptive façade in the existing office building Phase Three, Forth , and Fifth:
Analyzed again daylight and glare in honeybee to understand our strategy works or not.
SECTION
Fixed shading in the existing office building reduce a little Glare in working space.
PHASE 1: Base Case Analysis
PHASE 1: Base Case Analysis
This figure illustrates how many 60-100 W incandescent lamps would be needed to produce the same amount of light as18 ×6.5 m window.
This figure illustrates how much daylight can capture in the office building during a year and time of day without any shading.
Thank you!
