Co-Employer Relationship When working with a PEO, your company enters into a shared employer relationship. The PEO becomes the employer of record and is responsible for payroll and payroll tax compliance, workers’ compensation insurance, benefits administration, unemployment claims processing and other HR related administrative tasks. Your company remains the worksite employer and continues to retain day-to-day control and direction of the worksite employees.

REALITY CHECK Reality Check is our secure, proprietary check printing solution, which can be customized to facilitate the endless possibilities of our clients’ paycheck printing, sorting, and distribution needs.

GARNISHMENTS Our proprietary garnishments software application helps your company stay compliant with state regulations regarding garnishment enforcement. This system was built to be compatible with electronic state agency filing systems. Information is automatically transmitted between state agencies and Vensure, thereby significantly reducing the risks of incorrectly administering garnishment orders.
