Tasked with breathing new life into the structure, our goal was to give the building a fresh facade while completely renovating its interiors to meet the standards of contemporary dormitory living. This mixed-use building not only incorporates modern living spaces but also features commercial areas, along with the addition of a rooftop deck that serves as a vibrant common space for the building’s occupants.

The facade of the building underwent a remarkable facelift, rejuvenating its appearance and bringing it in line with the surrounding urban landscape. Our design team skillfully integrated modern architectural elements, utilizing a harmonious blend of materials, textures, and colors to create a visually striking and contemporary exterior. The revamped facade not only enhances the building’s aesthetics but also provides a welcoming and inviting impression to both residents and passersby.
