Innovation surged while challenges reshaped our world.

A message from Mahi Dear Team, Reflecting on our journey at Trellix India, I see far more than a geographic presence I see a strong community of talent and leadership driving Trellix’s future.

This year, my focus has been on listening with intent and investing thoughtfully in our people and our site. Through Trellix Listens, an overwhelming 86% of you shared your voice, resulting in an eNPS of +17. That level of participation and trust told us two things: our people care deeply, and they believe their feedback will lead to action. It also showed up in outcomeswith 7.82% YTD attrition, we’re seeing greater stability and stronger people leadership across the organization.

You told us you wanted to reconnect with your teams, your work, and each other. So we acted. We introduced complimentary transport, meals, and a seat-booking app to make coming together easier, safer, and more productive.

And in July, we took a meaningful step forward with the opening of our Pune office, giving more of our people a place to collaborate and build a shared sense of community.

At the same time, we remained focused on what matters most for long-term success-’building careers’ and making Trellix the destination of choice for cybersecurity professionals. This year, we’ve welcomed 285 new hires, with 28% women, reinforcing our commitment to building a more inclusive workforce. We significantly expanded our early-career pipeline with 77 apprentices, nearly doubling last year’s number. The fact that 29% of hires came through employee referrals speaks volumes, our people believe in Trellix enough to bring others in. And with 14 internal transfers, we’re seeing proof that meaningful career growth can happen right here in India.

We also knew that strong growth needs strong leaders. Building on last year’s success, Manager School – Class of 2025 brings together 46 current and aspiring people managers from across functions, following 65 graduates last year. This program is about more than skills, it’s about shaping leaders who can scale culture, trust, and performance.

Alongside this, we continue to strengthen leadership diversity. Vidushi 2.0, is launched, built on the success of our first cohort. Earlier this year, we celebrated the graduation of the inaugural batch, and now, we welcomed 16 women leaders into the next chapter of this flagship program.

Beyond Trellix, our impact extends into the communities we’re part of. This year, 16 employee-led CSR projects across health, education, and empowerment came to life, driven by the passion and ideas of our people. These efforts reflect who we are when purpose meets action.

And finally, our momentum is visible in the market as well. The India Sales team has delivered strong year-to-date performance in 2025, with Q3 highlighted by the landmark India Railways deal worth USD 3.2 million.

When we look back at the commitments, what stands out isn’t just what we planned, it’s what we delivered.
