Her expertise in nephropathology and cardiovascular and pulmonary pathology will be sorely missed. She has a deep faith and has nurtured and supported many of her colleagues. She has managed a perfect work-life balance and her heart lies at the centre of her loving family. Dr. Anila’s husband, Dr. Roy Korula retired a few years ago as the Head of Thoracic Surgery. Her son and daughter-in-law, Drs. Prithish and Sophy Korula, from the 1998 M.B.B.S. batch are both faculty in CMC. Her daughter, Ashika and husband Harsha Mathew are settled in Kerala.
