Our team is leading or supporting many innovative GHG reduction projects including: TECH Clean California: Advance California’s carbon neutrality goals by driving market adoption of low-emissions space and water heating technologies for existing homes across the state. District of Columbia Affordable Housing Retrofit Accelerator: Develop and implement a comprehensive suite of services designed to help owners of multifamily buildings make their properties more energy efficient. READ MORE DCSEU Low-Income Decarbonization Pilot: Design and implement pilot program to test the feasibility of decarbonizing income-qualified singlefamily homes. READ MORE NYSERDA Building Electrification for Low- and Moderate-Income New Yorkers: Create a roadmap for strategic electrification of single and multifamily housing for low and moderate-income New Yorkers, identifying barriers to electrification and recommending program strategies, pilot initiatives, and replicable models for heat pump deployment. READ MORE Martha’s Vineyard Transit Authority: Work under the leadership of the Martha’s Vineyard Transit Authority to transition to a partially electric bus fleet, ensuring that demand and reliability concerns were addressed with a self-sufficient power supply. READ MORE Vermont School Bus and Transit Bus Pilot: In partnership with Vermont’s Agency of Natural Resources, develop and implement a pilot program to test the feasibility of electric buses in Vermont. READ MORE Efficiency Vermont Commercial & Industrial Flexible Load Management Pilots: Partner with the state’s largest utility to test ten different approaches to load management with commercial and industrial clients. Strategies included energy management systems, operations and maintenance curtailment, automated process loads, and smart controls for HVAC systems in public buildings.
