Will Nobles, CEO/Founder

Will is a seasoned IT veteran with a track record of helping small to large companies find IT success. With more than 25 years in IT, Will is recognized as a top cyber security expert with two IT degrees and a number of certifications. Since founding Vector Choice in 2008, Will and his team have grown the firm to become one of the leading managed security service providers in the country.

Beau Dickie, Chief Security Officer

Beau leverages his 20 years in security, operations, law enforcement, and incident response to protect organizations while enabling their critical business functions. Beau’s extensive knowledge of physical security, cyber crime investigations, and vulnerability assessments lead to him being asked to serve as a subject matter expert in both courts of law and board rooms across the Southeast. Vector Choice is leveraging Beau’s demonstrated success in understanding cyber security risks to offer our clients enterprise level security solutions scaled for SMB budgets and staff. Beau has spent the last 7 years developing and managing security strategies for MSPs, aligning these strategies with business continuity and compliance frameworks.

Jon DePerro, Chief Compliance Officer

Jon has over two decades in security and risk management. Most of this time was with the US Army where he served as a Counterintelligence Special Agent. Jon’s various global assignments involved advanced security and threat management roles at the Army’s Intelligence and Security Command and the NSA in support of the national intelligence and US Special Operations communities. He was also selected to serve as a founding member of NATOs first ever military cyber-defense working group. Jon has spent the past three years working with MSPs to help them understand security, compliance, and risk management. His guiding work principle in security and compliance should enable business operations by allowing senior leaders to make informed risk decisions while protecting critical business functions.

Sarah Sawyer, Chief Operating Officer

Sarah has a Master’s in Leadership and an EDS degree in Policy and Leadership. As former Executive Director of Career Programs at Craven Community College, she oversaw the operations of 23 different academic programs in business and technology with over 85 directly reporting staff. As the COO of Vector Choice, Sarah handles daily operations for on the sales/client relationship/marketing/finance and human resources side of business.

Jeremy Bello, Director of Technical Automation

Jeremy joined the Vector Choice team in 2015, and has nearly two decades of IT experience. Prior to joining the team, Jeremy was an IT consultant for a variety of companies where he gained valuable experience working with a vast array of technology solutions and systems. His role at Vector Choice is dedicated to ensuring we have the finest processes and tools to serve our clients.

Gabby Seitz, Director of Finance

Gabrielle has learned and grown with the company and is currently serving as the Finance Manager. The majority of her business experience comes from her time spent with Vector Choice, making her highly qualified to serve Vector Choice and each of our clients.

Daniel Poarch, Project Manager

Daniel graduated with a degree in organizational leadership with a concentration in project management from ECPI University, where he focused on Six Sigma Methodology. Prior to coming to Vector Choice, Daniel held project management roles providing service to clients at all levels and led multiple teams of Marines through combat missions in Afghanistan. As project manager, Daniel develops project plans to manage and track the progress throughout the project, and ensures the client receives the highest quality throughout the project to meet their needs.

Chelsea Vicknair, Marketing Manager

Chelsea joined Vector Choice in 2019 with 5 years of marketing experience and currently serves as the Marketing Manager. In this role she oversees the implementation of our marketing strategy. After graduating from East Carolina University in 2015, Chelsea settled in New Bern, North Carolina. In her free time Chelsea enjoys hanging out with her husband Trent, their two dogs Gator and Gumbo, and going to the beach.

Trent Vicknair, Sales Manager

Trent Vicknair joined the team in 2016 as a Level 3 Server Engineer completing projects and ticket escalations for our clients. He brought with him a decade of IT experience servicing the technology and compliance needs of a local hospital organization. Since joining Vector Choice, his position evolved to our Sales Engineer role. Trent’s unrelenting need to always improve our client’s environment and security, and his ability to educate our team has set him up to take over as Sales Manager.

Jordan Edwards, Service Manager

Jordan has been with Vector Choice since 2018 and has acquired multiple certifications focused on computer and information technology. Jordan is well versed with all Vector Choice clients and maintains trusting relationships between service technicians and our clients. Jordan manages our help desk and on-site clients with a managed data center and will ensure tickets are being worked on efficiently. He is responsible for making sure the quality being performed meets or exceeds our clients’ expectations.

WHAT DOES “MSP” MEAN?

Managed Services Provider. MSP is just a fancy way of saying that one company manages several of your technology services--hosting your email or phone, maintaining hardware like servers or laptops or even more complex solutions like building software.

WHAT DOES “MSSP” MEAN?

Same as above, but the extra “S” simply accentuates that particular MSP also specializes in offering security services like dark web monitoring, data recovery if you were ever hacked and other security services that maintain the safety and integrity of your company’s technology environment. Vector Choice is an MSSP.
