Financial leverage oppotunities (contribute to US$ 20mils): –Activity Fund leverage (compliance and proper system) –PFES Industrial water and carbon requestration –Redirect % of tax payment (e.g.Truong Hai Oto, $mil 400, 2016; Heniken Beer Quang Nam..) to reinvest into regeneration/ replatation activities –Community Development/Revolving Fund (CDF) (channeled by PFES money & CDF members’ savings) –Risk financing/insurance mechanism (with Banking)
