Introducing Kim Lawford

We are pleased to welcome Kim Lawford to the Vital Communities Team.

Kim has been appointed as our fulltime sales consultant for Vital Bendigo.

Kim is an experienced, enthusiastic and passionate property expert who has specialised in the over 55’s market for the last 5 years.

Vital ‘Pops Up’ at Bendigo Marketplace

Vital Communities established an information booth at Bendigo Marketplace over the Melbourne Cup week and we enjoyed a very busy four days meeting many people who wanted to learn more about our Community.

The feedback we received was so uplifting, particularly the interest from younger families who are thinking about the benefits that living in safe and secure well appointed independent living community will be for their parents.

Downsizer Super Boost

As reported previously effective July 1, 2022 the Federal Government dropped the eligibility age from 65 to 60.

In the recent Budget the government announced they will drop it again from 60 to 55 likely to come into effect in the first quarter of 2023.

Vital Bendigo Prices Are Going Up!

Effective 25th November, Vital Bendigo prices will go up.

Vital has had a price freeze for 6 months and it’s now necessary to make this adjustment.

Now is the time to save as we expect over the next year prices will continue to come under pressure as building costs increase.

Have a chat with Kim to lock in a new home before the increase. We have 10 designs to choose from with home sites in stage two rapidly selling out.

New Community For Lilydale

On the 11th October 2022 a revised concept plan was lodged with Yarra Ranges Council for a Vital 50 home boutique land lease community.

The site adjoins Lilydale Lake and parklands and is close to transport and major shopping amenities.

Vital Lilydale will bring resort style living to over 55’s in the Yarra Valley. With an emphasis on expansive open design including 5 acres of lawns and gardens, Vital Lilydale will elevate the options for retirees and downsizes and bring much needed choice to the Valley.

We are looking forward to working with the council on this much needed development.
