Construction underwayat Bendigo
We are pleased to advise that we have commenced works at Vital Bendigo.
It was great to see the big machines move on site last week to commence earthworks. There have been a few things to work out with the Culture and Heritage Management over the past month and now its full steam ahead for our contractors Bild (Lyons Group) preparing Stage 1 for civil works and then construction of homes.
Please feel free to drive past the site and check out work in progress. Now is the time to start considering a move to a lifestyle community!

RentalSusbsidy Increasefederal budget.
With housing affordability continuing to be a hot topic and the slow delivery of new housing stock around Australia it was very positive to have a substantial increase in the federal government rental assistance scheme.
If you are eligible, you can claim this assistance when living at Vital Bendigo which is a great bonus.
The new rental subsidy will be up to $90 per week – this is nearly 50% of the cost for many of our home sites.
