Overall Area of the site consist 84,000 sq. MT of land which is own by Bombay Dyeing Mill. Under the law of NTC act for Mills land in Mumbai program has been generated. The area of existed building or structure of mill is around 30,000 sq. MT on ground coverage. According to the present scenario mill is abandoned and it can be used for the future development.
