20.03.2020 Vaughan Constructions remains fully operational in all states and across all of our projects. Our focus is the safety, health and wellbeing of our employees, contractors and customers. Some of the steps we have taken in response to COVID-19 include: •
A VC COVID-19 Action Group, including back up personnel for each role, has been established to manage all Policy, Procedures, and HSE issues associated with COVID-19;

An increased focus on hygiene for all employees and contractors;
•
Extended sanitising and cleaning procedures in all workplaces;
•
Policy enforcement where an employee or contractor feels unwell, that they remain at home and do not come to work;
•
Policy enforcement that any employee or contractor that has travelled internationally self-isolate for 14 days;
•
Supply Chain Risk assessment and mitigation;
•
Rotational Remote Working (weekly) for VC Head Office separating 50% of HQ operations;
•
Regularly monitoring the advice of the Australian Department of Health and the World Health Organisation (WHO).
