PROCESS

So it’s time to think about invitations for your big event... where to begin? Have a pinterest board filled with ideas? Have no time to think about ideas? Don’t worry, with any information provided, we will come up with a design together that you are sure to love.

OUTCOME

Need to get your digital invitation printed & mailed? Start by collecting addresses of your loved ones using services such as Postable. Then find a printing service that works for you (Zazzle, VistaPrint, Zola, etc). We will come up with the correct sizing and file types to be printed.

Want to save paper? Go digital! You can upload the custom design to any invitation website such as Paperless Post, Evite, etc.

BASIC SIGNAGE VS CUSTOMIZED SIGNAGE

Your guests will love taking pictures with welcome signage as they arrive at your event. Basic designs include text and designs only. For more detail and customization, people can be added to the graphics. Make it even more special for your big day and the graphics can reflect the exact outfit you will be wearing!

Help your guests follow along during the event with detailed descriptions of the ceremony rituals. Custom icons can be added to break up large sections of text. Programs can be printed or a QR code can be provided to direct guests to a digital version. For printing services, a quote can be generated after program quantities and pages are determined.

If your event is less than three weeks away, get that seating chart designed! We know last minute cancellations occur, but we can have the overall design and layout completed in advance. Then, when your tables are more finalized, the file can go to print quickly, and you can spend your valuable time on more important things.

DESI DANCE WORKSHOPS WHERE PEOPLE CAN LET GO OF THEIR WORRIES AND JUST DANCE

The logo for Desi Moves & Vibes takes cue from where the dance workshops take place. They are located in the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia). With dance workshops multiple times a month, consistent generation of flyers and class promotional material is necessary. The flyers are made for digital purposes to post on Instagram & Facebook.
