The $100 oyster deposit is then deducted from Consultant’s initial commission checks until paid in full. The oyster deposit is potentially refundable upon cancellation of the Consultant Agreement and the return of undamaged, unopened oysters. See Section 5 of the Consultant Agreement for full details.
