THE VANGUARD ENGINE

To ensure continuity of Cigna Medical coverage for the 2023-2024 year, employees are required to log in to Paycom and make their plan elections. All other benefits will automatically re-enroll however employees will need to confirm dependents and beneficiaries.

ENROLLMENT PROCESS

Log into the Paycom app. From the Notification Center or from the Benefits section, click the current year’s Benefits Enrollment

Review the initial instructions and click “Start Enrollment”. Then, enter your personal information and any dependents or beneficiaries.

After determining which plan will work for you, choose your coverage level, then select either to enroll or decline

To complete enrollment, click “Finalize” then “Sign and Submit”

Vanguard provides electronic enrollment through Paycom, providing eligible employees the ability to make group insurance benefit elections online during the annual enrollment, new hire orientation and qualifying events. 2 3 4

Helpful Tips:

Have all dependent and beneficiary information available when you begin your enrollment. You will need dates of birth and social security numbers.

Vanguard Truck Leasing now offers Mack Medium Duty Refrigerated Box Trucks and AutoCar Yard Spotters at locations across the US in our rental and full-service lease fleet. Also, our Atlanta Vanguard Truck Leasing Team delivered the first of 15 new Volvo and Mack Sleepers to P&D Transport running out of Adairsville, GA.

Mack Trucks, the esteemed official hauler of NASCAR, recently provided an unforgettable behind-the-scenes experience at the Enjoy Illinois 300 held at the renowned Worldwide Technology Raceway In collaboration with VTC St Louis, our Sales Team had the honor of hosting three of our customers for this exceptional event The customers included: Chad and Emma Hansen from Hansen's Tree Service, Greg Lorenzo and Barry Shaffer from FW Logistics, and Ron Fuhrig from the City of St. Louis. Everyone was treated to an exclusive infield access on the track, offering them an up-close and personal view of the track, tour of the Pit Area, an exhilarating ride in the Pace Car, and a "Meet & Greet" session with none other than Tyler Reddick, the talented driver of the 23XI Racing Team #45 Car. Our sales team: Larry Rother (Mack Sales), Tyler Korte (Mack Sales) & Dan Green (New Truck Sales Manager) created an unparalleled experience for our valued customers. They were able to forge stronger bonds, and position Vanguard as the go-to provider for their needs

CUSTOMERAPPRECIATION ST. LOUIS

VTC St. Louis hosted a customer appreciation BBQ Luncheon for their client Wholesale Plumbing. Wholesale Plumbing is a locally owned, family business that has been operating in the St Louis area since 1957. Over the years they have purchased numerous Isuzu trucks from Vanguard and financed through Isuzu Finance. They recently took delivery of a Mack Medium Duty (MD) truck as well. This event was a huge success thanks to our sales team: Pam Gilbert (Isuzu Sales), Jennifer Winkeler (Finance Manager) & Tyler Korte (Mack Sales), they took care of all the arrangements to make this a special day for our long-time customer.

VOLVO SALES TRIP

Joey Sepulbeda and Richard Leos of VTC El Paso were among several Vanguard employees who won Volvo’s 2022 Q3/Q4 Sales Incenetive program for the Southwest region. Winners won a trip to Hawaii. Joey and Richard had a great time, soaked up some sun, relaxed, fished, and enjoyed the beauty of the island.

Snow Day Flagstaff

Vanguard Flagstaff had record snowfall this past winter. It was their 5th snowiest meteorological winter on record. Snowfall was at 154” at the dealership. The storms presented new challenges for all residents, employees, customers, and anyone traveling through the local area. A very special shout-out to Team Flagstaff for banding together and keeping VTC Flagstaff going during those difficult times.

Vanguard recently hired Aren Caley as the F&I Manager for all Texas stores. Aren had been in a similar position with Rush Enterprises in Houston for 16 years. He has sat on multiple dealer and lender councils during his career. We believe that Aren will make great contributions to the continued success of the Vanguard Texas team. He has twin sons that both play on the baseball team for Baylor, one’s a pitcher and the other is a catcher! Vanguard is very fortunate and happy to have Aren as a valuable member of the Texas team.
