JIM HICKS TECHNICIAN - CAHOKIA YEARS RETIREMENT Jim Hicks bid farewell to a remarkable 24-year career, marked by a cherished tradition in the St. Louis region. Upon his retirement, he was presented with a unique custom cane, a symbol of his dedication. Its top adorned with the proud figure of a bulldog, reflecting his tenacity, while the base was meticulously customized with seashells —a nod to his deep affection for the beach. The cane was constructed by the St. Charles team. As we say goodbye to Jim, we extend our heartfelt thanks for his dedicated service and assure him that he will be deeply missed. Happy Retirement!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS LEASING!!

Multiple members of our leasing team took part in the charity golf tournament supporting the Atlanta Food Bank. We're thrilled to announce that our team secured 3rd place in the tournament, and we couldn't be prouder of their achievement. Congratulations on this well-deserved award!

PHOENIX CATCHPHRASE

Vanguard Phoenix created a spirited contest centered around the significance of individuals' roles. The idea came from the results of our annual Employee Surveys. The challenge was to craft a motto or slogan that encapsulated the essence of their jobs. After careful consideration and evaluation, the victor emerged as Anthony Monroy of the Phoenix Body Shop. His winning motto, "Working Hard for the Hardworking," not only resonated with his peers locally, but companywide. There’s talk of using the motto on Google Review Banners. Great job Anthony!

El Paso on the green Two Volvo representatives made a special visit to El Paso, where they joined forces with the dynamic duo of Joey Sepulbeda and Joseph Sepulbeda for a round of golf. The gathering was in support of our valued customer, JJA Munoz, who champions the noble cause of Guardians of the Children, a nonprofit organization. Together, they teed off with a shared commitment to making a difference in the community.

Austin doing for others

VTC Austin went above and beyond for driver appreciation week. Team Austin cooked and assembled 1000 sausage wraps and delivered them to our valued customers. A special shout out to Terry Lancaster for his outstanding cooking skills, this event would not have been a success without him.

CHARLOTTE OPEN HOUSE The Open House in Charlotte was a huge success with about 130 guests in attendance. It was a day of great food, prizes for customers and ice cream! Most of all, they were able to spend quality time face to face with customers and showcase their dealership.
