It was 2014 when Filipe Pimenta challenged himself to realize an old dream, to bring life to a place almost forgotten in time He, with his optimism, believed what many thought was foolish and began our story

In 2015, Cerquido Village opened as the perfect place for a few days of relaxation in an almost secret location

In 2016 we dreamt bigger, we increased the accommodation capacity and we created a peculiar leisure and wellness area: the heated indoor pool and a jacuzzi spa

In 2019, over a breathtaking landscape, we have expanded the accommodation capacity again, we have designed the outdoor infinity pool and a jacuzzi spa with an innovative chromotherapy system

Next to a beautiful cork oak tree that will whisper memories and rhythms of other times! Feel the warmth of a house full of light and admire the beauty of the mountain landscape from here, where comfort and softness build cosiness all around

With a unique delight, the Casa do Sobreiro, welcomes the days with a light that touches the soul and teases the senses

A suite with living room and fully equipped kitchen

CASA DO PASTOR

In the vastness of this highland corner we find, nestled in the slopes, several ancient shelters for shepherds and animals

Feel the comfort and tradition of a home full of personality and style, which once hosted the small family of a pastoral family, and today preserves the beauty and the scent of country flowers Set on a sloping land, it is a perfect place for social gatherings and long conversations

Like Casa do Sobreiro, this one is also next to a beautiful cork oak tree that will whisper memories and rhythms of other times!

With a remarkable allure and a scenic window on country life, the Estúdio do Sobreiro welcomes the day with a light that touches the soul and teases the senses Waking up here will make you want to stop time

CASA DO CERQUIDO

Here the walls breathe history and stories of Serra d'Arga

Centrally located in the place of Cerquido, the neighbours are the oldest people on the land with stories of life and the highland, filled with hard work and simplicity, that you will want to hear and admire

It has a private jacuzzi, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with wood burning stove and fully equipped kitchen

OW DA PEDRA

Authenticity is the most prominent detail in this little wooden house nestling high on the hillside and with a narrow garden that surrounds it

For us, it has the most natural element: a large rock rising from the mountain, which is a special place where you can enjoy the stunning landscape while drinking a good glass of wine or reading

This bungalow with a suite and a small kitchenette is as romantic as it is cozy!

BUNGALOW DA OLIVEIRA

Outside, a tiny and majestic olive tree, as a symbol of peace and wisdom, gives its name to this small cottage

In the outdoor courtyard, in the morning and at twilight, you can observe the shepherd who passes by with his flock And, who knows, you may even share a few words with the one who knows it best, so that you may learn the history of this magical place
