Chavrusa Akademiya Living Community
The architect commited to design a compact living for learning together as a community for future education. Discussion-based active learning techniques will be their initial system; participation is required to carry out this compact living.
According to research, methods of learning will evolve as society does. As we all know, in primary school we sat in a specific area known as class to hear what the teachers had told us (one direct communication). As we become older, we start university and are required to present our work and receive comments from our facilitator, thus there are now two ways that we can directly communicate. Unexpectedly, in 2020, there was pandemic data that suggested we should learn at home, forcing us to learn wherever (in an undesignated area). Finally, we conduct some space shifting as a result of the problems.
Besides that, we should be able to learn by ourselves to develop our competence. Those issues triggered to the architect, what will happen for this generation in the next 10 years? when this generation wouldn’t have any mentor or facilitator that has responsibility to gives some feedbacks. How do we learn from everyday life?
As an architect, we shall support our generation to sharpen their skill and to expand their capability due to the next generation that will lead our country. Basen on my research, Chavrusa methods as called as Collaborative learning when people in different background gather to discuss some issues and find some ways to solve their problems.
