3 The project consist in making a proposal for the city of Camerino, affected by the earthquake of 2016.

Camerino is a small city located in the mountainous area of the centre of Italy in the region of Marche.

Due to the earthquake, in this workshop the main objective is the recuperation of this city and the opportunity to star from scratch.

The proposal of the macroproject consists of defining three main axes of the city.

- The territorial axe (Red) connect the city with its neighboring territory.

- The pedestrian axe (Yellow) passes transversely to the city center and all its faculties and activities dedicated to the education.

- The naturalistic axe (Green) dedicated to the landscape and residential area of the city.

Proposal of a viewpoint in front of the church. Proposal of a square with exhibitions that unites the facultie of the Camerino university and the Civici museum.

For the main project the zone 4 “Chiesa della Madonna” was chosen.

The project consist in designing a cultural center and local commerce.

It was decided to do a building with a waveform inserting it and imitating the shape of the terrain. The building was devided in two and between them a staggered path with viewpoints and a cafe bar was designed.

This path unites the church with the project and the comercials buildings at the end of the slope. The project and the paths were ubicated in an area that did not invade the trees and vegetation of the zone.

The project is located in Magdalena del Mar, Lima, Peru, in the actual lot of the Magdalena Market.

The Magdalena Market is an important place for the residents of Magdalena, having the function of purchase and sale of food products and gastronomic food, being a great commercial focus of Magdalena. This project has as a user the residents of Magdalena and people from neighboring districts such as Pueblo Libre, San Miguel and San Isidro, due to the Market is interdistrict.

The main objective of the project is the remodelation of the actual market, where the current food stands and their main functions will be preserved.

In the project, in addition to the realization of purchase and sale of products, areas have been developed where neighbors can be integrated as squares and food courts. It also has the function of teaching cooking towards the user who requires it.

CHIESA DI SANTA MARIA DI LOVERTANO RESTAURATION PROJECT Italy, 2021

Located in Via Martiri della Libertà, 122, 25035, Ospitaletto Brescia, Italy. The church date back to the late fifteenth century. This church is valuable for its frescoes cycles that dated from 1479.

CHIESA PARROCCHIALE DI SAN GIOVANNI BATTISTA RESTAURATION PROJECT Italy, 2021 32

LOCATION

Located in Via Gaetano Almici, 1, 25050, Zone, Brescia, Italy. The church was built in the sixteenth century. In 1680 was remodelated in a neoclassical style. In 1914 the building was again enlarged with the creation of the new façade, and the entire building was the subject of conservative restoration during the twentieth century.

Located in Corso del Popolo, 128, 00046, Grottaferrata, Roma, Italy. The monastery was founded in 1004. It styles is Byzantine. Considerate National monument until 2010, it is protected by MIBACT. 39

Located in Via Gasparo da Salò, 13, 25122, Brescia, Italy. The museum was founded in 1978.

MAIN OBJECTIVE The project consists of the proposal for restoration, conservative restoration and preparation of the exhibition spaces to be used for contemporary art. Design of the temporary set-up in “Sala Franca Ghitti”.
