Goldsmith is an award-winning behavioral scientist and teacher who competed as a contestant on the show Survivor. She studies consumer responses to uncertainty and scarcity and regularly publishes her research in the top marketing and psychology journals. Check out her TEDx video, “How to make the most out of not having enough.”

Owens is the former CEO of Griffin Technology and consults with companies such as Lego, NASA, and Nissan LEAF. He also serves as Director of the Wond’ry, Vanderbilt’s Innovation Center. His most recent book, Creative People Must Be Stopped, details the ways that companies inhibit innovation without even trying.
