Challenges A Georgia based public research university needed to upgrade Maximo since their version of the software was no longer supported by IBM. The effectiveness of their Maximo instance had declined over the years and had not evolved with their processes. Staff resorted to using spreadsheets for their asset management processes which was time-consuming and often resulted in duplicate work.
