Unique to Christ College is the cohort-based, interdisciplinary, and dialogue-focused structure allowing scholars to collaborate with and be challenged by their professors and peers at every turn.
This two-year program begins with pre-college prep and puts you on track to receive your associate of university studies degree, followed by a bachelor's degree if so desired.
EXPLORATORY
Our exploratory studies program will give you a broad introduction to three colleges at Valpo (business, engineering, and arts and sciences) so you can test the waters, find your path, and still gradaute on time!
Most majors offered at Valpo can also be selected as a minor. A complete listing of majors, minors, and interdisciplinary programs is available at valpo.edu/academics.
Top-tier faculty, award-winning programs, and hands-on opportunities are all marks of Valpo’s nationally recognized education. But as a Valpo student, you are much more than your academic pathway. At Valpo, you will discover your path, passions, and everything else that makes you ... you.
While some schools say “or,” at Valpo, we say “and” — from playing as a student-athlete, conducting undergraduate research, serving as sorority president, volunteering in the community, performing in world-class chorales, studying abroad, and so much more!

All undergraduate applicants are eligible for academic scholarship with a GPA of 3.0 or above. For full financial aid consideration, you must file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form, preferably by April 15 of your senior year, and include Valpo’s school code: 001842. See valpo.edu/scholarships for details.
3.40
Freshmen or transfer students earning below a 3.0 GPA may also be eligible for gift aid from Valparaiso University upon admission. Add Valpo’s school code (001842) to your FAFSA form to maximize your scholarship consideration.

“ When I attended an Admitted Student Day, I was given a tour by a nursing major who was very involved with the band and radiated such a positive energy when explaining her experiences in classes, in band, and outside the classroom. It was so reassuring to see a current student with success at Valpo that had similar interests as me.”
— LAUREN KLECUN ’25
