I am a Fourth-year Architecture student at PES University, embarking on a journey through the realms of architectural exploration and design innovation Throughout my academic tenure, I have delved deep into the intricate world of architecture, discovering the profound impact of design on human experiences With a passion for minimalist and modern graphic design I aim to blend simplicity with creativity in my architectural expressions My design philosophy revolves around the idea of using pops of color as a tool to unify and accentuate the essence of a space.. The pages ahead offer a glimpse into my architectural journey

The idea was about constructing a piece of architecture. Through the making of a 1:25 plasterboard model after speculation on a series of spaces and a possible language for a building. The subject was ‘spaces for working’ organised over, at least, four floors. The end result was a large scale plasterboard model and photographs that turn the model into a building.
These reference images were observed carefully and underlying principles of the architecture were identified like relationships between walls, how the openings are defined, a particular light or a texture on the floor These principles were then used to explore floor plans,
Act 1- To propose designs for 20x different buildings. Each of the design iterations were represented through one plan, one section and one elevation drawn by hand The intention was to easily compare these iterations
Act 2- One final building proposal was chosen to translate into a model using plasterboard in the scale of 1:25. Considering the material aspects of plasterboard helped develop a tectonic of construction details
Reference 1 Reference 2 Reference 3Act 3- In the final act, the model was photographed taking into consideration two moments of the building
THE AIM WAS TO DESIGN A SCHOOL FOR THE VISUALLY IMPAIRED THAT OFFERS NOT ONLY ACADEMIC AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH DIFFERENT COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES THE CLASSROOMS ARE SURROUNDED BY A PUBLIC SPACE EVERY ZO THERBY FOSTERING A SENSE OF INCLUSIVITY AND INVOLVEMENT USAGE OF BAMBOO CONSIDERING VERNACULAR ASPECTS, INTERACTIV PEBBLE INFUSED PATHWAYS ARE ALL IMPLEMENTED
