The grey water from the washing process passes through a particle and grease filter into the botanical cell. Treatment by means of a biological system.
The extra water that is not used by the plants is directed to the toilet tank for reuse.
The water is filtered and pumped to a domestic water reserve tank, from where it is sent to the washing service.
The wastewater served by the toilet is directed to a Biodigester Tank, where an anaerobic process decomposes the organic matter.
It then continues to the infiltration field, where the soil filters and returns the water to nature.

INTRODUCTION
The objective of this project is binding the craft creation of spirits with a unique landscape and its natural environment.
The architecture aims to integrate sensations, experiences and generate emotions in visitors who want to discover the elaboration of distillates on this site.
Renato, “Tato” Giovanonni, is the owner and creator of this emerging idea. Born and raised in Pinamar, he began working at a very young age in his father's restaurant. Today, he is the leading mixologist in the country, founder of the best bars in the world and creator of spirits such as “Prince of the Apostles”.
Tato always had a very strong vision and idea of the project, he wanted the architecture to express a particular sense and his spirituality in the elaboration of the distillates.

CREATIVE PROCESS
With a very defined architectural concept and Tato's particular expectations, the architectural idea is born from a geometric figure: a triangle. Three vertices, three sides, three concepts: “the mountain, the water and a creation”.
The creation, defined as the result of a distillate, unites with the landscape through architecture.

I. INTRODUCTION
"Fattoria del Mar" is a meeting place for people and animals. The aim of staying and living an experience in this place is to enjoy nature and tranquillity accompanied by good animal f riends. And that in the middle of the beautiful landscape of Gargano.
You can meet our cows, goats, wild boars, rabbits, turkeys, chickens and many other animals. You can go for a walk, relax on our viewing platforms overlooking the sea or watch our wild boars napping. All over the place you will meet a very special animal that has its own story.
Frank Prochiner, architect creator of this idea, is an animal and nature lover with a passion for Vieste and its surroundings. His idea was born out of this love for animals and to create a place to visit, live and stay in the nature of Gargano.

II. PLACE
The province of Foggia is located in the south-east of Italy, overlooking the northern and eastern Adriatic Sea.
We are in Vieste, a municipality belonging to the natural region of Gargano, where its exceptional eroded rocky landscapes and sublime view of the Adriatic Sea make it a tourist and revered place for all inhabitants and visitors.

94 Fattoria di Mare
Vieste is located in the natural region of Gargano. This region is located on the "spur" of Italy (the origin of the Gargano is in a large island that joined the Italian peninsula, so it resembles the spur of the Italian boot). It is formed by a mountainous massif of white limestone earth that forms a landscape of caves inhabited since prehistoric times. It is a unique area, home to 35% of all Italian botanical species. Here, wonderful landscapes and charming villages blend together It is an area that combines nature, spectacular beaches and small fishing villages of particular beauty
