THE MEADOW RACES
Exploring the possibility of a cohabitation between horses and humans
The project proposes a sustainable racecourse seamlessly integrated into the landscape through terrain shaping and the use of local, natural materials. Beyond horse racing, it offers immersive spaces that connect visitors with equestrian life, training, and daily activities, creating a unique bond between people, horses, and nature.

ZEPHYR TOWERS
Exploring the possibiltiy of a cohabitation between horses and humans
This project in Zurich integrates residential apartments, a nursing home, and a medical center within two interconnected towers above a shared podium. Designed around sustainability, accessibility, and user well-being, the scheme features south-facing living spaces, dementia-friendly care facilities, and community areas that foster interaction. A steel diagrid façade and doubleskin envelope provide structural efficiency, natural ventilation, and striking transparency, while integrated wind turbines generate renewable energy. Together, these elements create a modern, inclusive, and self-sustaining urban development.

This Final Degree Project proposes a multifunctional bridge-building that redefines the highway void separating Villaviciosa de Odón, the Universidad Europea, and El Bosque. The intervention is conceived not only as a physical connector but as a social condenser, transforming residual infrastructure into a new urban centrality. By integrating circulation, cultural and leisure programs, coworking, sports areas, and green spaces, the bridge encourages both transit and permanence, fostering interaction between students, residents, and visitors. Structurally supported by a “forest” of columns and topped with a walkable rooflandscape, the design minimizes its environmental impact while promoting ecological resilience through vegetation, water reuse, and sustainable materials. Beyond its specific context, the project also aims to develop a replicable model that considers program, structure, views, urban impact, and typology, offering a strategy that can be applied to other areas divided by infrastructural voids. Ultimately, it demonstrates how in-between spaces can evolve into symbolic and functional infrastructures that generate identity, cohesion, and new urban life.

LESLIE JONES ARCHITECTS
I have worked on a wide range of projects, spanning both early design stages and detailed execution phases. My responsibilities have included producing drawings for construction teams, contributing to tender packages for Stage 3 projects—such as the refurbishment of a retail unit—and assisting with planning applications. In addition, I have collaborated on various projects by post-producing drawings, developing technical documentation, and supporting the transition from conceptual design to delivery.

I contributed to both the design process and the development of visualizations that represented the projects. My work focused on producing illustrative images to communicate design intent, including a villa in Trancoso, the interiors of a luxury villa in Buenos Aires, the interiors of the fashion store House of Matching Colours at the Faena Hotel in Miami, and the initial design for the arrangements of the 2021 Bienal Internacional de Arquitectura in Buenos Aires.
