Wearing Face Coverings
According to the CDC, cloth face coverings are one of the most effective ways to help slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus. These coverings help prevent respiratory droplets from traveling into the air and onto other people when the person wearing the cloth face-covering coughs, sneezes, talks, or raises their voice, which is called source control.

Who Should Wear Face Coverings: CDC recommends all people 2 years of age and older wear a cloth face covering in public settings and when around people outside of their household. Anyone in public settings in which social distancing (staying at least 6 feet away from other people) cannot be practiced. People who know or think they might have COVID-19. Caregivers of people with COVID-19.
