MAGNUS TRACKER REQUIREMENT

Varicella 1 and 2 (Chicken Pox)

Tetanus/10 Year: It is advised by the CDC (2009) that you have at least one dose of Tdap (which includes pertussis) for adults aged 19 through 64 years. This is good for 10 years as well.

Hepatitis Series is given to protect YOU from Hepatitis B infection. It is given in three doses: Hepatitis #1, Hepatitis #2 one month later, Hepatitis #3 six months later to complete the series.
