The Valley Restaurant provides a family-friendly dining experience set against a beautiful natural backdrop. With a warm and cosy indoor restaurant space, it is the perfect place for mid-week meals, celebratory lunches and romantic dinners. Every dish is thoughtfully crafted with, using only the freshest ingredients sourced from local farms. A new winter menu offers guests dishes inspired by the season, such as slow-braised oxtail accompanied by creamy mashed potato and garden greens. For a taste of Italy, savour the Tuscan chicken parmigiana with homemade potato gnocchi and wilted spinach, tossed in a creamy tomato and basil jus. The duck and cherry pie, crowned with a golden pastry, is perfectly complemented by a glass of La Motte Pierneef Syrah Viognier, a unique blend of white and red wine. A delicious selection of wood-fred pizzas are also available, as well as options for children that include frm favourites such as panko-crusted chicken goujons and homemade spaghetti bolognese.
