My client is a painter, and the project is to design a residence for the painter and his family members with nice circulation and eco-friendliness within the building and outside the building. He wants a nice area for sketching and storing his products without disturbing nature and other people in the house.

On this site, a residence is created at the center to have peaceful surroundings with planting and the future existence of the building, as well as for future upcoming projects based on the client’s wishes. without cutting the trees, the residence as it has been designed and also the pathways for cars and pedestrians were created.

The basic features of the residence are a courtyard, a vastu shastra entrance, and a backyard on the opposite site. From the entrance, we can visually experience the spaces without any confusion. to create a long-lasting bond between humans and spaces.

Location: Urur Olcott Kuppam, Besant Nagar, Chennai. By site analysis, there are more fisher communities in the location. conclusion of creating a house for fishermen and general community people in the area.

a low-cost housing project with a maximum height of s+3 with the provision of environmental facilities, which are a minimum occupancy of a fish market near the main area of the site, an auditorium, a playground for community gatherings, and a shed for fishermen to rest in.

corridors have a thinnai like space for neighbours to interact eachother. the design have lots of develop their wealth of living by selling product which they can able to do in current suiation. balcony, thanni and sitout provided outside the blocks so they can interact at evenings and festival period

redesign the saveetha university, Location saveetha university, thandalam,chennai site area for design 10400 sq.m

This block of institution is combined with architecture block and other facilites of extra curriculum blocks. the design consists of 5 block in the site with long pavement pathways. admin block is seperate for two main block in the site. auditorium and club block in the centre of the site to access by all the students in architecture and arts block. fine arts block consist of music and dance andcomputer science labs. lots ofinteraction space are created for two blocks in same building and also outtside the block.

OUTPUT OF THE PROJECT IS A BLOMMING FLOWER WHICH CONSIDER AS A KINECTIC PAVILLION STRUCTURE IT’S ACT AS A EYECATCHER AND FOCALIZATION FOR A LANDSCAPE DESIGN IN PUBLICAREA. THE CONCEPT OFTHE PROJECT IS DRIVE FROM AL-BAHAR TOWERS, ABU DHABI THEIR PROTECTIVE SKIN OF 2,000 UMBRELLA LIKE GLASS ELEMENTS THAT AUTOMATICALLY OPEN AND CLOSE DEPENDING ON THE INTENSITY OF SUNLIGHT SIMILAR TO THAT WHAT IF THE SINGLE PEICE OF UMBERALLA MADE AS A HUGE STRUCTURE?
