Hello, and welcome to Kelowna!

OUR STORY Our love affair with the city on the lake began over 15 years ago. Originally hailing from South Africa, we moved to Saskatchewan in 2004 and discovered Kelowna during our travels across Canada. We knew we had to make it our home, and in 2008, we did. Now, we get to spend every day sharing this stunning stretch of British Columbia with our three active boys. Our family spends summers on the trails and winters on the slopes. I (Yolanda) am always on the lookout for scenes to capture on canvas—I paint everything from still lake waters to the jagged peaks. It's our honor to share Kelowna with guests from around the globe. We hope you'll be our next!

From downtown's shopping and dining to the top of Big White's peaks, there's so much to do and see in Kelowna. The stunning natural beauty paired with the culture and adventure are why we fell in love with it. We can't wait for you to fall in love, too.

OUR HOME Discover history when you stay at Cadder House—once the largest residence in Kelowna. Built in 1908, this heritage mansion is part of the Abbott Street Heritage Conservation Area and is tucked in a neighborhood rich with history. Its signature cross-gabled design is certainly one of the most charming and unusual architectural sights you'll see in this neighborhood, but it's not the only one. Surrounding our home are several historic buildings, each in different styles from the past 100 years. We've refurbished and renovated Cadder House to feature three delightful self-catering condos. Come have a place all to yourself surrounded by lush greenery. When you hear the sound of birdsong drifting in from the garden, you'll know you're home.

THE REAL KELOWNA... The sense of balance you'll find in Kelowna is one you'll rarely find anywhere else. Yes, there's the buzzing Cultural District with its museums, galleries, casinos, and theatres—but there's also miles of waterfront on Okanagan Lake for days when the great outdoors are your priority. There's adrenaling-pumping trails at Big White Ski Resort—and rolling vineyards with lauded wineries where you can uncork a bottle in total serenity. Here, you don't have to choose between adventure and relaxation. You can have them both—even in one day. That's why Kelowna is a destination for everyone: each member of the family can have the getaway of their dreams in our scenic stretch of British Columbia. We'd be remiss if we didn't mention the scenery. Picture bluffs green with ponderosa pines sloping down towards sparkling lake waters. Champagne powder trails that course through forests and mountains. And immaculate golf courses surrounded by quiet apple orchards. And with our under-the-radar reputation, you'll really feel like you've discovered something special.

"Here, you don't have to choose between adventure and relaxation. You can have them both—even in one day." At the heart of it all is Cadder House, our historic mansion in the Abbott Street Heritage Conservation Area. Step back in time and stay in a neighborhood that celebrates a century of architecture—you'll find unique design and historic touches all throughout our community. Located just two blocks from the shores of Okanagan Lake, Cadder House is ideal for sunshine-seekers who find joy in setting sail on the water, or even just dipping their toes in. With 82 miles of lake to explore, and miles upon miles of trail surrounding it, you'll have plenty of opportunities to paddle, swim, and hike no matter how long your stay. Walk 15 minutes from our home to discover an entirely different scene: the lively streets of downtown Kelowna. From artisan ice cream shops to craft breweries, theatres to gardens, street markets to block parties, there's always something or someplace to pique your interest. And just a block from Cadder House, you'll find everything you need for a getaway that has all the comforts of home. Stock up at the grocery store, or get your morning coffee from a local café. Go for a sunrise stroll at the park or grab a table for a candlelit dinner. That's the beauty of Kelowna—you can have it your way.

I stayed at Oak condo with my daughter and son. We were nicely surprised by the large size and layout of the condo. Absolutely loved the gigantic kitchen island. There are beautiful garden views out all of the many windows. Location was awesome, two block walk to Okanagan Lake and the beach. Also a short walk to downtown Kelowna or to the Pandosy shops/restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Even more beautiful than the photos show as she had added many luxurious details , gorgeous sheets, towels, small appliances and personal touches that made our stay very special.

This condo was perfect for a romantic getaway. It was conveniently located on Pandosy Street with easy access to downtown and all the great shops and restaurants Pandosy has to offer. Yolanda's communication was clear and straightforward and she was easily available. The place was very clean and wellequipped. The electric fireplaces were very cozy. We would definitely stay here again!
