Seasonal shoots are a great way to keep your RealTour Property up-to-date and show your customers what’s new or improved.
Sponsorship
The bottom left of any RealTour a company can choose to place sponsors in their tours. These sponsors can be anyone from other realtors on the property to the cleaning company / equiptment that is used from time to time.
Navigation
Bellow the sponsorship image is the tours navigation menu. It can auto play the tour, skip to the next photo or panorama or set the settings on a tour. A full screen menu item is within the navigation as well. Who can resist full screen tours.
High Quality Photos

Creating Floor Plans & Exporting Creating Floor Plans
This is something that cannot be exported but it’s used as a presention tool. We can create floor plans of the entire property. We can also take CAD renders and create it Floor plans from there. This is if your property does not already have them. Floor Plan Creation is not included in the price of a Real Tour.
Exporting to Video
Virtual RealTours are exported to video when published. Every video that is photographed and published by us is exported to YouTube under our page and the page of a couple other companies. The videos go through the entire tour plus some extras.
Exporting Links to MLS
When we export to MLS it’s usually a link of the unbranded tour. MLS’s do not allow branded tours with the realtors information.
