WHAT IS THE NATIONAL STUDENT FUNDRAISING CONFERENCE? The National Student Fundraising Conference celebrates the work of RAGs and student fundraising groups nationwide, whilst providing an environment where RAGs, staff members, charities and companies can all come together and learn from one another, in order to raise as much money as possible for charity. There is a range of different seminars, keynotes and plenaries for delegates to attend. The conference also hosts the National Student Fundraising Awards and the Charities Fair. The Charities Fair is a chance for all the charities to display what they have to offer and allows both the charities and RAGs to network. Every year a different RAG can bid to host the conference. During Southampton’s in 2017, we successfully bid to host it for August 2018.
THE CHARITIES FAIR The Charities Fair is a key part of the conference programme. This year it will be held in the Events and Conference Centre, here at UWE Bristol. The Fair will be held on Tuesday 21 August 2018 between 12:30 and 15:30. We have designed the schedule so that all delegates will be attending a keynote speech before and we will then be able to direct them towards the fair with the venue only a short walk away. We hope that this will maximise the number of delegates attending this year’s Charities Fair. There will be a clear route through the fair ensuring delegates have the opportunity to talk to all stalls. We expect around 250 delegates to attend the conference which equates to roughly 50 student fundraising groups from across the country. This provides plenty of potential partnerships for you to begin at the Charities Fair.
SPONSORSHIP Having a stall at the Charities Fair is the ideal way to promote yourself to student fundraising groups. However, partnering this with a sponsorship is an ideal way to maximisie your impact. ENHANCED CHARITIES FAIR STALL This enhanced stall sponsorship package combines a standard stall at the Fair, a 1/2 page advert in the conference programme and a link to your company on the Charities Fair webpage. PREMIUM STALL Our Premium Stalls are the best way for you to engage with delegates during the fair. Our larger stall spaces in the prime entrance location will make it impossible for delegates to miss your stand.
