ABOUT THE PERFORMERS
Daniel Pardo is an award-winning flutist, composer, and producer whose performances fuse classical, jazz, and Latin American traditions with global influences and technology. A Yamaha Performing Artist and Texas Touring Roster member, he has collaborated with Grammy winners K.C. Porter and J.B. Eckl, as well as Jeff Coffin, Karen Briggs, and Jake Shimabukuro. His 2024 album Ese Momento earned two Global Music Awards Gold Medals plus Absolute First Prize and Innovation Award at the Beethoven International Competition UK. Associate Professor of Flute at Prairie View A&M University and Program Chair for the 2026 NFA Convention, Pardo inspires audiences worldwide through artistry and innovation.
