Alfred Griffin The commission comprises 100 members divided into 10 Jose Luis Gutierrez committees. Each committee is reviewing and evaluating the Richard Gutierrez opportunities and challenges of UTEP's future development in Brent Harris key focus areas- and will recommend long-range goals and Phil Hatch strategies to achieve them.
