Presenting Faculty | Heidi Herrick, Ph.D.

Heidi Herrick, Ph.D., is a Professor of Entrepreneurship and Strategy at the University of Utah. Dr. Herrick’s recent research and consulting work focuses primarily on strategic leadership, enrollment of key stakeholders, innovation, economic development, and operating under conditions of uncertainty. Dr. Herrick works with the Goff Strategic Leadership Center and Lassonde Entrepreneurial Institute to develop the future leaders of tomorrow.

Presenting Faculty | Bill Hesterly, Ph.D.

Bill Hesterly, Ph.D., is Associate Chair and the Dumke Family Presidential Chair in Strategic Management at the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. His most recent research focuses on appropriation and the locus of value creation. He is the co-author of Strategic Management and Competitive Advantage. Bill has been recognized several times with awards for teaching MBA and executive students. He was a founding member of the Strategic Human Capital Interest Group at SMS and was also a co-founder of the Utah-BYU Winter Strategy Conference.
