RIGHT-HANDED PITCHER Redshirt Freshman 6-2 • 200 Tulsa, Oklahoma Tulsa Memorial HS 2011 - REDSHIRT FRESHMAN Opened the season as UT's Saturday starter...Made his collegiate debut with a three-inning start against Milwaukee on Feb. 19...Allowed three runs on four hits and a pair of walks...Earned his first career victory a week later with six strong innings against Canisius...Yielded just two runs on four hits while striking out two...Picked up a no-decision after throwing 4.1 innings and allowing three runs on four hits in UT's 10-8 triumph over Morehead State on March 6....Did not factor into the final decision in his next two starts either, after giving up just one run on five hits versus Manhattan on March 13 and one run on two hits in two innings at Lipscomb on March 23...Added another two-inning performance on a staff day versus UNC Asheville on March 30...Yielded two unearned runs in three innings versus Presbyterian on April 5...Shortest outing of the year came against Appalachian State on April 12...Allowed two runs on one hit and two walks in just one inning...Followed that up with his best performance to date in his first career relief outing...Held Georgia to just a single hit and struck out two in 4.2 scoreless frames on April 23.
