Borda has been sent by the Government of Colombia to make a six months' study of agricultural conditions in the United States and Central America He is especially interested in irrigation, beca use he says it is impos sible to raise bananas success(ully without irrigation, and he Is the biggest banana grower in South America. \\ 'ilb Mr .
