Every year, the Riverside Resort’s Fireworks BBQ Buffet lights up the sky and brings unforgettable excitement to the 4th of July! We’re so thrilled to welcome everyone back for another amazing evening of delicious food, refreshing drinks, and vibrant music by DJ Big E all capped off by a stunning fireworks display over the river. There’s nothing quite like seeing the night sky burst into color reflected across the water. It’s truly a beautiful celebration you won’t want to miss!
HIGHWAY 95 & THUNDERSTRUCK PROJECT UPDATE
Construction is underway on a new southbound turn lane at Highway 95 and Thunderstruck Drive. This is part of an $8 million state-funded effort to improve traffic flow and safety in Bullhead City. Crews are also replacing an old water main beneath the road to prevent future leaks and protect the new pavement. Expect minor traffic delays during construction. The improvements will be well worth it once complete.
BULLHEAD REGIONAL FOOD BANK OPENS NEW EXPANSION FACILITY
The Bullhead Regional Food Bank has expanded its facility at 590 Hancock Rd to better serve Bullhead City. Operating four days a week, it offers a monthly drivethrough distribution for those with food insecurity. The expansion provides additional space and climate control for storing dry and frozen goods, supported by federal funding secured with the City's help. Dogs had a great time at the Puppy Splash & Play event near the dog park, complete with sprinklers, a kiddie pool, and squeaky toys.
Hosted by the Recreation Department, the event featured Desert Tails Spa, offering grooming discounts, and Live, Love, BARC, raising funds for the Halo Project, which helps families with pet cremation costs.

Ohana Hawaiian Barbecue is now open in the former Baskin-Robbins building near Wienerschnitzel and Panda Express at Highway 95 and Mohave Drive. Known for its unique Hawaiian flavors, Ohana has expanded from Prescott to Bullhead City with its grand opening held on June 6th!
