Tournament Rules 1. 18-minute halves, running clock; OT - 3 minutes 2. Stopped clock last 2 minutes of each half 3. NCAA Rules (Exception: No Shot Clock) 4. Halftime - 5 minutes; between games - 5 minutes 5. No loss of possession on “T” fouls 6. 2 timeouts/half; not cumulative; 1 timeout if overtime 7. Standard Officiating Uniform: pants, striped shirt, etc. 8. Championship Game: Game is“stopped time” -- 18-minute halves 9. Only those players listed on the official roster are the players that participate in the game. Twelve players may dress per game. 10. If a seminary team does not participate in the basketball tournament, then it is up to the discretion of the tournament director to have a substitute seminarian team to fill that vacant tournament slot.
