Empowering Small Businesses in Conventional and Next-Generation Energy
welcome to the 4th annual United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce
Dear Chamber Members & Business Leaders,
On behalf of the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce, thank you for joining us at the 2025 Energy Summit in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
Now in its fourth year, the USHCC Energy Summit returns to the nation’s oldest capital, a strategic setting as a national leader in energy production, to advance critical conversations shaping the future of the sector.
The mission of the Energy Summit is to convene stakeholders across the energy landscape to exchange knowledge on timely issues and elevate the role of small and Hispanic-owned businesses in this evolving industry.
This year’s program brings together leaders in both conventional and next-generation energy to discuss challenges and opportunities that impact us all. From grid modernization and renewable energy to supplier development and procurement, the Energy Summit provides strategic insights, meaningful connections, and actionable takeaways to help small businesses stay at the forefront of America’s energy transformation.
Highlights include remarks from New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham, a special Women in Energy celebration at the Santa Fe Opera, and a graduation ceremony for Cohort 4 of the USHCC Avanzando Suppliers with Blue Wave program.
Thank you again for being part of this national gathering. We’re thrilled to have you with us as we explore bold solutions and empower small businesses to build a stronger, more resilient energy economy.
Sincerely,
RAMIRO A. CAVAZOS PRESIDENT & CEO

Empowering Small Businesses in Conventional and Next-Generation Energy
visioN Be the leading voice to advance Hispanic business potential to drive our American economy.
mission Build an ecosystem to accelerate Hispanic business growth and prosperity.
The annual Energy Summit’s mission is to bring stakeholders from across the energy sector together to share knowledge of relevant energy issues and elevate the role of small and Hispanic business enterprises within the industry.
The 4th Annual USHCC Energy Summit will explore the critical role of small businesses in driving innovation, economic growth, and resilience in the energy sector. As the industry undergoes rapid transformation, these enterprises play a pivotal role in meeting evolving energy demands, fostering competitiveness, and pioneering new technologies.
In partnership with the Albuquerque Hispano Chamber of Commerce and led by Corporate Chair Toyota, the Energy Summit will provide strategic insights, networking opportunities, and actionable solutions to ensure that small businesses remain at the forefront of America’s energy future — with a focus on grid modernization, next-generation energy sources, and supplier development.
The United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, a proud American institution, actively promotes the economic growth, development, and interests of more than 5 million Hispanic-owned businesses and the broader small business community nationwide. Our team embodies free enterprise, the patriotic spirit, and the core mission of fostering the growth of America’s business community.
We serve as the national umbrella organization representing more than 260 Hispanic Chambers of Commerce and business associations across the country, and we partner with hundreds of American corporations.
Since 1979, the USHCC has advocated for policies including supporting federal procurement access, international trade, affordable energy, and comprehensive immigration reform. Through advocacy and educational initiatives, we expand access to capital, build capacity, and establish connections for small and Hispanic business enterprises, local chambers, and corporate partners.
U.S. Latinos fuel our economy, contributing $3.6 trillion to GDP through job creation, consumer spending, and investments. As an independent and bipartisan organization, and the largest Hispanic national business association, we promote pro-business policies that sustain this economic influence while advancing prosperity for Hispanic and small businesses nationwide.
